After you have chosen which package you want to take at Mario Land WebDesign you can go to the “Contract” page to fill in your details and information that we ask. This contract form will be valid directly as a contract because you need to sign online. So, be sure of what you choose! We ask you to fulfill the invoice half way for the Website Packages it you will pay the first half immediately and the other half of the invoice when the website is finished. This is also a part of the contract. If it is like that that you think oke, this is not what I wanted, can happen. We will give you 50% back of the amount that you have paid. The other 50% is for our work and administration that we have done. If you have chosen that we arrange an hosting provider for you, this hosting provider will be your own responsibility, and should pay us monthly for this costs as long as the contract takes.
When you have submitted the form, you will receive immediately an automatic e-mail with your contact also within pdf. Once we have processed the contract we will make an account for you, where you can find anytime your contract under the profile menu item “contract” and you can visit Browse Submission. But be aware that you need to be logged in, otherwise you can’t find.
Once you have received your contract for the “Website Package” by e-mail, you will receive from that moment until three working days an invoice with your package costs. This invoice need to fulfill between the arriving date and two weeks. This two weeks you have also the time to cancel your contract. If you want to have more options we can discus this by e-mail or within the direct message system in your account, and there will be another invoice. Once you have received your contract for the “Maintenance Package” by e-mail, you will receive from that moment until three working days an invoice with your package and monthly costs. This invoice need to fulfill between the arriving date and two weeks. The first two weeks you have also the time to cancel your contract. If you want to have more options we can discus this by e-mail or within the direct message system in your account, and there will be extra invoice. Be aware that the prices on the website are exclusive 21% VAT, this will be counted on the invoice! The monthly payments needs always to be fulfilled in two weeks after receiving the invoice. The duration of this contract is from the moment that you have signed during including the process till we have finished the website. When the work is finished means also that the contract is finished we give 3 months free support to close everything! (Silver Package)
The duration of this contract is for one year! This start from the moment that you have signed online. During the contract you can also change the Support Package but you will receive a new contract for one year. Extra options apart will be counted on the monthly invoice for one time or every month, but this will not effect the contract.
We use euros for currencies, on the invoice we will transfer euros to your currencies if you are not from the European Uni.
We have unfortunately not a payment system, it will maybe possible in the future.
We ask kindly for the IBAN/SEPA countries to fulfill the invoices through the bank, to the details below. You will receive the invoice in five working days after submitting the “Contract Form” by email. Always put in the payment reference the invoice number that is written in the email on the invoice.

*Why is written for the bank “Mario Land Fotografie”? Because Mario Land WebDesign is registered under the same Chamber of Commerce number as Mario Land Fotografie.
Clients from the European Uni who has an IBAN number we kindly ask to fulfill the payment through the IBAN. If you have chosen for an “Support Package” we will sent you every month the invoice through email. Be aware the invoices are the total amount with VAT/Taxes.
Clients who are not from the European Uni we kindly ask to pay the invoices through PayPal (this option is also possible for clients from the European Uni). We will sent every month an invoice to you email where you can pay the invoice through PayPal. The PayPal invoices are made trough PayPal, it’s a different invoice than the standard invoice of Mario Land WebDesign.
The same is for the Website Packages. European clients through IBAN and clients outside the European Uni through PayPal. Here we sent also the invoices through email.
